So I'm sharing my knowledge which works for me.
Whenever I need.
Requirements :-
1)A PC.
2)Any fully working Data Recovery Software.
Recuva is Freeware and Good.
But there are many Paid Apps also.
I think many of you haven't understand what these apps do OR how they can recover deleted files.
Whenever you deletes a file OR formats a hard disk or Pendrive.
System never Deletes those files.
It simply allocates a Space on Hard disk Where new files can be stored on the place of old once.
A kind of imprints of old files are still there, and it will remain untill new data gets Overwritten.

So if you deleted your data accidentally.
You can use these softwares.
they scans the hard disk for this imprints , and recovers them.

Steps to Follow :-
(I am showing it for EaseUS, but step are similar)
Download EaseUS( buy it , its too expensive, OR YOU KNOW what to Do)
Install it
Scan hard disk partition, which you want to recover.
Use deep scan to scan full files.
It will take time depending on the aize of partition (1hr for 8gb approx)

After that you will see a list of all the files that were deleted.
Select your desired files
Or you can directly recover all listed files.

Note :-
Otherwise data will get corrupted.
2)Don't recover data to same drive, for example if you're going to recover drive X. Save the recovered data to other drive or external storage device, where you don't have to recover anything.
3)Due to this, Overwritten issue, you can't Restore files on an Android Device even it it's Rooted, becoz Android System Continuously Writes on the Internal Storage and therefore those imprints gets washed/ corrupted.
4)You can only recover files, if it's formatted normally, there are some method to format drives(which are not common, and takes hours to format) where you can't get your data back.(this methods are used when you have to resell your PC or Hard disk and you want to protect your data from getting recovered)
5)A file that is "Moved" can't be recovered coz it moved instead of just made invisible to make free storage.
